After 30 years of working in corporate environments and coaching professionally, I realize there is a sector of the population that would like to experience coaching where discussions involving their faith are welcome, and I provide that welcoming environment.

I coach executives, high potentials and newly transitioned leaders to more fully integrate their beliefs into their work life.

I work with clients in a non-judgmental environment that allows them to discuss their faith freely. They develop sustainable practices that enable them to bring their values into all aspects of their professional life. My clients recognize benefits both for themselves and for others.

Work Experience:
I have worked in a variety of industries: advertising, media, financial and professional services, represented by  Grey Advertising; Katz Media Group, part of the iHeart Media organization; Accenture and Sumitomo Bank Financial Services.  In my senior Human Resources roles in these organizations, I was involved in a start up operation; worked in cross-cultural environments; a new professional services business line (Business Process Outsourcing); and managing international businesses.  I built Human Resource departments that worked closely with the line to ensure they had what they needed to flourish.

I hold a BA  from Hunter College/CUNY and an MS/ILR from a joint Baruch College/Cornell University program.  My coaching certification, CPCC, is from The Coaches Training Institute. I earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, and have career coach certification from GetFive.

Certifications:
My assessment certifications include: Hogan; MRG's Strategic Leadership Development assessments: Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360, MRG's Individual Directions Inventory and Personal Directions tools, and HPSI's EQ-i 2.0 and 2.0-360;  and Profilor.
